Meet Our CEO…

Karim Maher Aly is a professional Supply Chain Executive with over 18 years of extensive leadership experience in optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across a broad spectrum of industries, either manufacturing or retail – including FMCG, oil & gas, telecommunications, heavy industry, and pharmaceuticals. He has substantial experience working with both multinational corporations and large local enterprises, which has equipped him with deep insight into diverse organizational cultures, operational complexities, and market-specific supply chain dynamics.

As Senior Director of Supply Chain at El-Ezaby Pharmacy, Maher leads a team of 400+ professionals. He also spearheads high-impact strategic initiatives such as warehouse expansion, S&OP implementation, and operational restructuring. His work consistently focuses on enhancing service levels, reducing costs, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Maher has also served as an integral member of the executive leadership team, where he actively contributed to corporate strategy development, departmental strategic planning, and organizational transformation. His executive experience has honed his ability to align supply chain functions with broader business goals, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Maher’s regional exposure spans Egypt, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa – offers him a holistic view of global supply chain practices and cross-market synergies. His core capabilities span strategic planning, demand and supply management, logistics and distribution, inventory optimization, and stakeholder engagement. He is also highly skilled in project management, Lean methodologies, and continuous process improvement, with a proven ability to lead large teams and implement innovative solutions that drive measurable business results.

He holds an MBA majoring in Strategic Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo (AUC), combining technical acumen with strategic insight.
